Photonic Packaging Engineers

Responsibility
- 1. Responsible for the design, debugging, and verification of the tunable laser module circuit;
- 2. Support the introduction and production of new products (NPI);
- 3. Work closely with optical, firmware, and mechanical engineers.
Requirement
- 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to electronic related majors.
- 2. More than two years of experience in electronic product/optical communication module development.
Test and Verification Engineers

Responsibility
- 1. Responsible for packaging process flow and fixture design;
- 2. Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and management of process equipment;
- 3. Responsible for providing technical training to operators.
Requirement
- 1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or mechanical engineering;
- 2. Have experience in packaging semiconductor laser chips or modules, such as TO-CAN, TOSA, Butterfly, SFP, XFP, etc.
Mechanical Design Engineers

- 1. Responsible for the testing equipment and process design of chips and modules;
- 2. Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and management of testing equipment;
- 3. Responsible for providing technical training to operators.
Requirement
- 1. Bachelor's degree or above in electronics related majors;
- 2. Have experience in testing optoelectronic chips such as semiconductor lasers;
- 3. Strong hands-on ability and technical analysis ability.
Electronic Design Engineers
Open Positions: 1
Responsibility
- 1. Mechanical design of instruments and components, including structural design, component selection, and design drawing output;
- 2. Participate in product trial production and debugging work;
- 3. Solve technical issues during product production and assembly process;
- 4. Write relevant technical documents.
Requirement
- 1. Bachelor's degree or above in optical instruments or mechanical related fields, with at least two years of work experience;
- 2. Have independent product design experience, with experience in precision instrument design or optical system design preferred;
- 3. Familiar with using 2D (AutoCAD or CAXA) and 3D (Pro/E, UG, SolidWorks, etc.) drawing software, familiar with mechanical processing technology.
Production Line Operators
